Problems with Dual-Headed Coincidence Imaging
Even 5/8ä crystals not really enough to stop 511 keV photons efficiently
No collimators -> massive photon flux -> BIG problems with dead-time
No systems available with accurate corrections for scatter, randoms and attenuation
Image quality still not that great (smallest detectable lung lesion ~15 mm)
